don’t get explained things thoroughly

thought we had a lovely experience, but turns out we weren’t explained a lot of things. had to get someone else at a different vodafone to help. i was told i was receiving the best deal, turns out i could of got a lot better one. But then also wasn’t warned about the 7 days exchange. very disappointing

Wonderful experience

Alina & Jess were both extremely helpful when I ordered new phone. And they had knowledge and could talk me through everything so I understood. The Bath staff here are always helpful!

Excellent support

Over the past week I have been upgrading my phone at Vodafone Bath. I have had to consider a lot of advice, and then ask staff at the branch to help with the practical technical stuff.
I was helped by Stephen and Jess. Each was excellent, knowledgeable and very professional. Thanks to them both!
