Simon is a massive asset to Vodafone
I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about Simon, who helped me upgrade from a SIM-only plan to a new iPhone on Friday.
He may not remember, but Simon also helped me out many years ago when I was an O2 customer. I’ve never forgotten that experience because of how friendly, helpful, and engaging he was. I’m pleased to say he hasn’t changed a bit—still the same friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful person today.
I’m not exaggerating when I say Simon is a massive asset to your company. As long as he’s with Vodafone, I’ll be sticking with you.

Great experience in store at Berwick today with Stephanie and Simon,super helpful with good knowledge and the right amount of banter too! Got my mum sorted with her new plan and got everything set up very quickly.

Brilliant service
Walk into Vodafone shop in Berwick upon Tweed today to complain about loosing my free Spotify. Spoke to Simon, he had a look at account details and recommended u tube in stead. On looking at my account he realised it was coming to an end in a couple of days and looked at renewing it. He got me some real good deals, which I can't thank him enough for finding. I signed up immediately. Simon and the rest of the staff in the Vodafone shop are great people for helping us oldies who find it difficult on line. I really recommend them if you are renewing contracts or have any problems, they are fantastic help and understand all the deals better than me.

Upgrade
Was in Vodaphone last week upgrading my phone and was unsure of what data package to take as I’m in uni so using my hotspot there. Kira was very helpful in figuring out what would be the best package for me and had me upgraded straight away. I also treated myself to some new AirPods

Great Customer Service
After looking at updating my phone.
I walked in to Vodafone and received great customer service.
Simon and Kevin had the patience to show me different phones and there spec, after finally deciding on the S24 Ultra, between the two of them, they set it all up for me.
Made to feel very welcome with happy, cheery staff 😊
