Mark was incredibly helpful! I tend to prefer online shopping, and I thought upgrading to a new phone, would be preferable. Unfortunately, I did make more than a few mistakes when doing this online. Very helpful and great service at the Bishop Auckland store
Jack was really polite, cheerful and helpful sorting out some issues we had with one of our phone contracts. He took time to explain everything and was sorted out our contracts efficiently especially with regard to a trip to New Zealand. Many thanks - a great service.
