Mark was absolutely amazing yet again
Mark was absolutely amazing yet again. We called in as our pac code hadn't changed over from sky. So we had to phone sky to try and sort the pac code. Mark tried his best, but this is all sky's issue, not Mark. More phone companies need more people like Mark working for them. I really hope Mark gets recognised, as he truly deserves it. Nothing is ever a problem for him. He's so helpful, friendly and polite. Thanks again Mark, really appreciate everything. Lisa.
