I had been having issues with my upgrade and I had to go to the store which I was annoyed about but I'm glad I did as Nikki really helped and resolved my issue. All sorted now 👍

Gillian the customer service advisor was very friendly and extremely helpful. Sorted me out exactly what type of contract I required to replace my old expiring one.
There was no sales pressure whatsoever and everything was explained in full, and I came away making a saving on my monthly payment. Very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend on my experience today. 👏😊👍
