Gillian the customer service advisor was very friendly and extremely helpful. Sorted me out exactly what type of contract I required to replace my old expiring one.
There was no sales pressure whatsoever and everything was explained in full, and I came away making a saving on my monthly payment. Very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend on my experience today. 👏😊👍

A real credit to the Vodafone team…
I had a really positive experience at the Vodafone Blackpool branch recently. Nikki, the lady who helped me, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything so I felt confident with my choices.
It’s rare to receive such genuine and attentive customer service these days, and Nikki really made the visit easy and stress-free. A real credit to the team—thank you again! 😊
