Besa was wonderful. She knew a lot about the products, services and was very helpful. She spent time with us and upsaled that made a lot of sense. If you’re looking to get an upgrade or new phone, I would highly recommend. Once again ask for Besa. Would definitely recommend a pay rise or promotion

Excellent service from Sam and his team during a recent visit to the Bluewater store. Sam explained my new contract clearly and was extremely patient and thorough in setting up my new phone for me. It was much appreciated.
