Carl was the most helpful man I have…
Carl was the most helpful man I have met in recent years. I had problems with my account for a week and everyone I asked for help did not give me any useful information. And that's how my situation got complicated.
He was the only person who listened to me and tried everything he could to help me.
Even though my situation has not been fixed yet, I am very grateful to him because I really felt that he tried to help me.

I have left O2 and joined Vodaphone
I have left O2 and joined Vodaphone. I had some problems but I am glad to say how well I was treated at the Vodaphone store in Borehamwood. Rado dealt with me and he was amazing and prefect manager to deal with customers problem. I big shout out to Rado and thank you for all your efforts.

Excellent friendly advice and customer service . On the couple of occasions I have visited this store the manager has gone the extra mile to help which is very rare these days .
