Chris and Attilla couldn't have been more helpful. Personable, knowlegeable and patient topped with a sense of humour. The only thing that let them down was your address recognition system. I was going to add to current package after 30 mins I'd had enough paid outright from of frustration. The staff outshone the software....pleasant reversal of the norm. Pleasant experience allround. Hence Vodafone customer since 1987.

Harrison went over the top to be helpful
As I work 12 hour shifts it was difficult to get into the shop but very kindly they kept a phone back for me after it had been ordered till I was able to get back in. I am not any good with technology but Harrison made it so easy for me swapping my phones over and explained everything that he was doing as he went along with the transfer.

Incredibly helpful staff
I run a small trades business and was looking to get 2 new phones. If it was not for Harrison, the manager, this would not have been possible.
We faced many issues during this process but Harrison refused to give up and always provided a solution.
When he undoubtedly moves on from his current role, Vodafone will miss him.
However, in the mean time - Any issues I have with these phones. I will be right down at Bournemouth Branch, waiting to be assisted by Harrison.

I went into the Bournemouth store today…
I went into the Bournemouth store today and I can honestly say this is the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I was looking to change my mobile network and I found the whole process very straightforward. Everything was explained clearly and I felt I came away knowing exactly what I had signed up to. Well done Team Bournemouth!
