Visited Bradford Broadway branch today looking to update my phone and take out a new contract.
The assistant Chloe could not have been more helpful.
Asked what I needed, how I used my phone etc and helped me choose the best phone and contract to meet my needs.
No hard sell just clear helpful advice, no rushing
me to choose, great

After going to the shop in Keighley on…
After going to the shop in Keighley on Sunday and got no help from any of the staff at all I went to the Bradford store on Monday to which the staff member Millie was very polite welcoming and helped me sort out my problem in 5 minutes she was such a happy young lady.
