I needed to set up my phone and needed some help! Chantelle was so patient and knowledgeable. She was able to transfer everything from one phone to another, and helped me to access accounts I didn't know the password for! Not once did I feel like I was being a burden. While I sat in the store, waiting for updates, I observed Chantelle and Teo communicate with a range of customers. Both were so helpful. Thank you for your help today!

Resolving a problem with data roaming
I visited the Vodafone store in Bridgend this morning in relation to a problem with my wife's phone.
Chantelle assisted me in providing expert knowledge and assistance in resolving my concern while at the same time being very pleasant and polite.
I would highly recommend Vodafone Bridgend store and will certainly return in the future.

A genuinely positive experience
I had such a genuinely positive experience at Vodafone that I felt I had to leave a review. Chantelle was outstanding from start to finish. She was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to really understand what I needed rather than rushing me into a decision. She clearly explained all the options available, answered every question I had without hesitation, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. There was no pressure at all—just genuine support and a willingness to help. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and attentive, Vodafone is lucky to have someone like this on their team.

Vodaphone shop in Bridgend town…Aaron.
Visited Vodaphone shop in Bridgend town centre 20th March. I was attended to by Aaron. He was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful with my queries on operating my new mobile phone. I thoroughly recommend this store. The other member of staff in the store at the time was also friendly and polite.

Aaron at Vodafone Bridgend was amazing
Aaron at Vodafone Bridgend was amazing, I went in to upgrade my mums phone and SIM card contracts and also my broadband, he was very professional and friendly, he really made the experience a lot easier than I thought it was going to be, he sorted the phone and SIM card to my mums needs and and broadband to mine also, very fast and trust worthy, I would definitely highly recommend Aaron
