Couldn't of asked for better customer service from either, both took their time to properly explain everything I asked/ was unsure of which I really appreciated. How they stay so calm In such a high traffic store I have no idea but cant fault the guys! :)

Arrived at the vodafone shop at broadmead bristol to upgrade my phone.unsure what phone i want so spoke with the sales rep Daniel who is very knowledgable and explained the range of phones. I then sat down with sale assistant Ben from Vodafone, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and cared about what i wanted from my phone. He then completed the transaction and transfered everything from my old phone to my new galaxy Z fold 8. Ben was very respectful and professional
