Abdul transferred my 3 account over to Vodafone yesterday and made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. He explained everything thoroughly, patiently answered all my questions, and was genuinely attentive and professional throughout.

Rihanna was very help, she helped me with my upgrade, broadband choices and gigacube options when I was very hopeless in terms of having internet at home. She was very knowledgeable about the products, and also explained to me the faults with my current phone and offered to upgrade my dad’s sim and my current iPhone for an amazing price. Ree also explained it will best to have insurance with my new phone.
I recommend Vodafone Bromley because of their knowledgeable and friendly stuff

Ree has been really good went above and beyond to help me with my whatapp even checked my sim to see if it was the right sim for my phone and she managed to change it for me, make sure you go to her for anything customer service is amazing!!
