I needed advice on changing my internet provider so went into the Caerphilly store. I was greeted by the manager who escorted me to a seat where a member of staff was ready to serve me. (I am disabled so this was a greatly appreciated) Shannon was friendly and polite and helped me chose the package best suited to my needs. She was so helpful and made sure I understood everything. I chose to go to the Vodafone store as they helped me when I changed my telephone provider. In fact it was the same young lady who helped me then also. I was glad to see a familiar face I knew I could trust. Continuity is commendable these days, particularly for older customers like myself.
I would recommend Vodafone Caerphilly to anyone who values good customer service.

The staff were amazing
The staff were amazing. The process was explained to me thoroughly and I was made to feel very comfortable.Will recommend using this store to anyone. Both members of staff Danny and Liam were extremely polite and helpful.
