Online plans not honored by store
I selected a basic SIM only plan from Vodafone online ... But when I got to the store the manager told me I couldn't get that plan and I just have used a reseller site (I hadn't). This felt like a blatant upsell.
Fortunately I worked with Rinkal who was able to get me a SIM only plan and the second line was close to the price of the plan I found online. She was very patient and was able to find a reasonable solution, despite me being a recent arrival from the US.
5 stars to Rinkal - 1 star to the manager.

Went in to the shop,saw Abin
Went in to the shop,saw Abin. He was absolutely brilliant. Asked me to come back the next day and it was all sorted efficiently and professionally. I left EE to transfer to Vodafone and had a bit of a nightmare but Abin helped me out. Thank you Abin. 10/10 Get some bonus for him this week.
