Great Service from start to finish
Steven was extremely polite, knowledgeable and appreciative of our situation and instantly focused in on what was important for us, in terms of the service package we were looking for.
He took the time to clearly explain how everything was going to work, the associated costs and benefits.
He made it easy and took care of the hard work. It was a breath of fresh air compared to having to do it ourselves on the web or via the phone.

Fantastic…Manager Jonathan at Vodafone Chester
I'd just like to say a massive thankyou to the store manager at Chester Vodafone Jonathan, and his team. As a loyal customer of Vodafone I've been for many years. Have both my broadband and airtime plan with them. When I walked in the store I explained what the issue was and what I hoped to achieve to a member of the team Alan who was really helpful, and spoke with the manager Jonathan. Jonathan went above and beyond to help me, explaining the problem to a person in store like him, as opposed to a person on a call getting passed from person to person was everything.
