I popped into Vodafone Chesterfield
I popped into Vodafone Chesterfield, as my phone seemed to be vibrating intermittently for no reason, and my broadband was off for hours at a time. Kal, the adviser, did a health check on my phone, and it is ok. Kal also did a broadband speed check for my area, and the speed was abysmal. He advised me to abandon my broadband (as not worth paying for the speeds I had) and go onto a SIM only plan. I am more than happy with the time, effort and explanation Kal gave me, and I look forward to using a satisfactory broadband. Recommended 👍

Time to renew
Always try and pop into the Chesterfield store when it's time to renew my contracts. Dealt with Dave today. Very helpful, explained all of the options available and completed the necessary admin with the minimum of fuss.

Fantastic Experience
Called into Vodafone shop in Chesterfield to see about changing plans for myself and my wife.
