Renewing my phone made easy!
I was a bit wary about getting a new phone as I am not very tech. savvy but Tom was brilliant and put my mind at ease straight away. He explained everything clearly and ‘simply’ and made me very comfortable and at ease. I was very impressed with his service and he will be pleased to know that I got my new phone up and running straight away and with very little trouble. I have already recommended his services to a few friends if they ever choose to upgrade their phones in the future and once again I would like to thank Tom for all his kind assistance. Tom the assistant manager was amazing…
Tom the assistant manager was amazing ,he really went out of his way to help.
He explained everything, made us made very welcome and comfortable as we were in the shop for a while,brilliant customer service and would highly recommend Tom to family and friends ,vodaphone are lucky to have such great staff
