Highly recommend Kevin & Colchester store
Been a Vodafone customer for over a decade. Have dealt with Kevin several times. Contract renewal, home internet, handset issues.
Always goes above and beyond to assist. Much nicer to be speak in person instead of over the phone.

Excellent customer service
Went in not really knowing what I wanted apart from cutting my bills down.
Got served by Kevin who was full of knowledge on products and offers and took time to listen to what I wanted without doing a hard sell on me.
Overall very good service making it easy to come away and feel like I mattered etc

Tiday i was served by Kevin, one of the Managers. He was extremely helpful, and i was able to explore with him several options until we found one which was the most suitable for my needs. He explained everything in detail and took as much time as was necessary to ensure i was satisfued with the option i chose. I have renewed my vontractbwuth Vodaohone on the badus if their customer service. This week i had contact with Kevin and other nembers of his team in the Colchester shop and also with staff over the phone including tgevtechnical team. Tgey gave all been extremely helpful and efficient.
