Vodafone Crewe exceed expectations in their customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable staff who are also welcoming and friendly. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Kelby was very helpful, didn't rush us, answered lots of questions that helped our day to day usage of our phones and seemed very honest. The Vodafone shop in Crewe is helpful and we certainly will be taking that into account when investing in renewals. Keep him there!

I needed technical help with a phone issue
I visited because I'm not techy. The guy in the store was friendly, helpful and patient. He obviously had a high level of technical expertise. He guided me though the steps to sort out my phone issues. He also answered my "stupid" questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Excellent customer service! I was looking to upgrade my phone and was served by a great lad, Kelby….Kelby made the whole process extremely easy for me, I wasn’t sure which phone I wanted? I just wanted a phone that was easy to manage and take great photos….Kelby provided lots of options for phones and price plans, to suit my needs and budget.
Thank you Kelby for your knowledge and professionalism, you are a credit to your store.
All the customer service representatives in the store were really polite and professional, well done everyone!
