We went into the shop today looking for advice, Claire was a fantastic help. Claire listened to what we wanted and needed and offered suggestions and advice to match our needs. Within 10mins we had decided to switch to Vodafone from O2 because of Claire’s straight forward and honest approach, it was refreshing and a simple process.

Went into the vodaphone shop in Cwmbran today to buy a new phone. The service I had from Claire and Mic was excellent. Everything was explained to me clearly. Very friendly and welcoming!
