I'm very impressed with the help from Thomas from the Vodafone shop in the overrated in dundee I'm a carer and my son has autism and Thomas helped in every step of the way in securing the fone my son wanted and Thomas even installed all my sons details from he's old fone to he's new fone ..I'd recommend and one having difficulty with fones and instalment to drop in to see Thomas at the Vodafone shop in the overgate in dundee ...thank you Thomas for all you're help

My contract was ending soon and needed help
My contract was ending soon and I'd tried to get a new contract on line but found it too confusing !!
Michael did it all and explained it all without making me feel an idiot! or old foggie!
He was cheery through it all and never once made me feel that I was a nuisance.
I always go to the Vodafone store for help .Its so much easier and less scrambling for my old brain .Thank you Michael and Vodafone for keeping the shops open .
