Charlie was really great today. He fixed an error on my phone and then found me a cheaper and better sim only deal. The Eastbourne team are a credit to vodafone thank you.

Great customer service from Stephanie
I received great customer service from Stephanie when I wanted to upgrade my SIM to include data. There was no hard sell, she explained all the offers available to me and let me choose the best deal for my needs. It was all set up in no time

I`m here to say a big thank you to Caleb who done a great costumer service . I needed to renew my mobile phone contract and Caleb was very friendly and professional in the way of giving me the options and suggesting witch one would be the best to suit my needs.
