I am giving the review on behalf of my friend Tanya which I went with her today to the Vodafone store at gyle centre to enquire about the issues she was facing with her phone and home broadband contract. The person name George in-store was serving us and was very helpful in dealing with all her quires. Our experience with George about his customer service was best and impressive as he was having a good knowledge about the company offers, devices, contracts. George offered my friend with the best new deal of sim only contract. Which she was so glad that she was actually paying much less than what she was paying before. The reason for giving overall 5 star is due to the quick customer service, the staffs was polite and helpful, and George was extraordinary in his job and she also plan to return back to the gyle centre store for any future enquiries.

David was a Star
David at Gyle Edinburgh was a star. He made the upgrade super easy, understood what I needed and checked stock before going through options with me (I needed it that day due to travel). He outlined my choices simply and was quick and efficient. It was all done with a smile, great service. I couldn’t ask for more.

I had a fantastic experience at the Vodafone store in Edinburgh Gyle, and I’d especially like to thank Calum for his outstanding help.
As always, this Vodafone store has a really friendly, welcoming and almost “at home” atmosphere. You can walk in knowing absolutely nothing about what you need, and the staff are always happy to take the time to explain everything and find the best solution.
I originally visited the store to get a phone for my son, but Calum went far beyond what I expected. He took the time to look through my existing account and suggested several options that I hadn’t even considered. Thanks to his advice, I now have faster home internet, a better contract, and, when you take everything into account, I actually saved a significant amount of money.
That’s what really impressed me — Calum wasn’t simply trying to sell me something. He listened, checked what I already had, and genuinely looked for ways to improve my situation and get me better value.
I highly recommend the Vodafone store at Edinburgh Gyle, and especially Calum. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful.
Thank you, Calum, for going the extra mile and for your excellent service. It’s very much appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Change of air time plan
George was very patient and explained the plans and contract prices very clearly. I had considered a new phone as well as a new airtime plan but with his assistance I decided, for the time being, to change my airtime plan only and look at changing my phone after October when new iPhone is due out as cost was more than I wanted to pay.

Marc was very helpful at sorting out a deal which gave us a broadband upgrade (new and better kit, same speed), together with a reasonable SIM deal to replace an expensive legacy O2 contract. Took a few minutes to sort “paperwork” and will be a few days before Sim is working and kit arrives, but happy with customer experience.

Exceptional Customer Service from Marc at Gyle Store
Went into the Gyle store today with my wife to get new phone deals. Marc assisted us and was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, made us feel completely comfortable and even had a great chat and laugh with us about the football.
