Outstanding Service from Demi and Matthew
We had such a wonderful experience with Vodafone. We were actually recommende
d by our neighbour, who spoke very highly of the service, and after visiting ourselves, we completely understood why.
Demi was absolutely fabulous. She was warm, friendly, patient and incredibly helpful. She took her time to attend to us properly, chatted with us and made us feel genuinely comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience.
Matthew, the Senior Manager from another branch, was equally fantastic. He was very professional, approachable and down to earth. He took the time to speak with us and made sure we were well looked after.
Demi and Matthew are a brilliant reflection of excellent customer service. We left extremely happy and will definitely be recommending Vodafone to our friends, family and neighbours, especially telling them to ask for Demi and Matthew.
Thank you both for making our experience such a positive one. You were absolutely awesome!

I would like to mention Vodafone
I would like to mention Vodafone, Eltham store. Demi, the Assistant Manager, who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.
We actually visited the store twice, and on both occasions Demi was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made us feel genuinely valued.
A huge thank you to Demi for all her help — she is a real credit to the store!
