We recently visited the Ely branch of Vodafone in order to review our account as it was out of contract . Thea was welcoming and discussed our options with us before sorting our new contracts. She had time to explain everything to us and helped us save some money over our previous tariffs which was brilliant during these economic periods.
First class service as always.

The Vodafone store in Ely provides a lovely, friendly, non-intimidating experience where we always go for advice and to upgrade our mobile/broadband plans. Today we were served by Thea who was so very helpful, personable and approachable. She reassured us that she would be able to sort out everything we needed with no problem at all which she did with great knowledge, calmness and efficiency. We also noticed another colleague in the store who was helping an elderly customer with the same great service, and also patience which is rare these days.

Staff member in the Ely store was extremely rude,not sure her name but she said she was store manager. Won't be returning or recommending anyone else does.

Harry at the store in Ely, Cambs was amazing. I could not find out why my apps had changed on my phone. I had tried everything. Harry sorted it out, no problem. I could not thank him enough. Great customer service.

Thea is so lovely, always very friendly.
I have seen her twice now for my phone upgrades.
She is always smiling, so helpful & very knowledgeable & very chatty while waiting for the checks to be done.

Came in for some help about my bills and was hoping I could save some money. As I have multiple devices for my family, Thea was excellent and found these prices for all of my numbers shaving £30 off my total bill. She was a superstar, clearly very knowledgeable in her field. Absolutely recommend Vodafone-Ely and Thea for excellent customer service.

I spent a considerable amount of time trading in my i phone 14 and upgrading it to an i phone 17, drawing up a new contract. This presented a challenge from my point of view, but with Harry’s excellent and very patient support this proved to be very straightforward,

I was thinking about upgrading using the Vodafone app but passed the Vodafone store and popped in to look at options. I was assisted by Ana and was so impressed with her that i decided to upgrade in store. I had just 30 minutes until an appointment but Ana worked quickly to ensure everything was completed in record time. I think the overall level of service Ana provided was EXCEPTIONAL and i would definitely choose to upgrade in store over doing it online to benefit from this high level of personalised support and experience. I love my new phone, feel i got a very reasonable deal and cant thank Ana enough: she was truly outstanding.

Harry was fantastic! Asked questions to find out what I needed from new phone and contract & found me a brilliant new deal - cheaper than what I was paying! He was thorough & gave me options to consider giving me plenty of time to think about options. Highly recommend, thank you Harry for your help :)
