I had excellent customer service and customer experience from Mehtap today at my local Vodafone shop in Enfield Town.
Mehtap was very informative and really explained the small detail too, certainly gave me a better understanding of different contractual offerings and benefits too. Great service today.

I saw kem in the Enfield branch
I saw kem in the Enfield branch. I had stopped going into store as the staff weren't that good but as soon as I saw him back in there I went in and he fixed my phone contract and broadband prices. I am happy that he is back and will go back to see only him as he is very good.

I had an excellent experience at Vodafone Enfield thanks to Sam. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish — patient, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was sorted. He helped me set up a new SIM card quickly and also guided me through getting broadband for my home, making the whole process stress-free.
