Mehtap has been providing the best customer service on numerous occasions and is always happy to help! She is an asset to the company!!

Jilani is Amazing
Jilani was so helpful. I’ve been into other phone shops but he was the most helpful person I have found. He really helped me as I didn’t know much about phones. He was also very friendly and funny 😁

Worst ever broadband provider …
I want to cancel my landline broadband as soon as possible and go back to the previous provider. I change to Vodafone due to cost. That’s a laugh I’ve actually lost money due to the efficiency of the broadband provided by Vodafone. The service as been down for 6 days now with no communication. I had to fight the gauntlet of getting through to a agent, the advise was sorry it will be back on date given. Twice a date given and no internet service. I’ve given up now and work at a local coffee shop we’re I’ve met few other disgruntle Vodafone customers. I have order my previous broadband provider which I had no outage over 7 years service. Have to pay a little more but reliable is a must. I will never recommend Vodafone broadband to anybody who works from home.

Rojin solves family feud!
Rojin is a solid employee that really helped us through what was becoming a family crisis regarding contracts! She presented all the information very well for my mother who isn't tech savvy in the slightest. Through her excellent help and great customer service, we were all happy with the conclusion reached. Good nails as well.
