Called head office yesterday to cancel a sim and contract they was totally useless was told I could not do it i had to go into the store went to my local sore in Feltham PRATIBAH and ZAIN total angels helped myself and my sister cancel contract and sim and also spoke to the useless head office for us was on the phone to head office for 1hour . If you need help from Vodafone please go into a store and ask the staff and not ring head office. Thank you Vodafone feltham you deserve a pay rise please tell your manager 🙏

Zeeshan made me a contract last year and now. He is a very professional, nicely, organised and honest, knowing to work with customers. Thank you Zeeshan! I think if Vodafone have at least 50% of employee like him, for sure will be the best company in Europe if not in the World and I'm serious about what I said.

I was attended by Antony in Feltham Vodafone store. He is really brilliant. He was extra helpful, polite and patients for me. He down loaded all the apps and security system for me. Vodafone team in frltham is excellent .
