I went into the store today to enquire about going sim only, I was dealt with by a lovely gentlemen Vitto, he was extremely knowledgeable & very friendly, left the store very happy with the whole experience. Well done Vitto👏

Anna was extremely helpful with my iPhone and contract upgrade. Really informative and although she was fairly new she still had a lot of knowledge that she was able to give me.

Nathan was amazing
Nathan was amazing. He was so patient when I was in a sensitive situation with my dad being terminally ill and my phone not working. He was really patient and compassionate and went above and beyond to help me. He's a star.

Gabriel - superstar Vodafone advisor.
Gabriel, the Sales Advisor at Vodafone in Braehead Glasgow store was incredible. He solved issues with my iphone and Apple Watch that other online tech support and in store Vodafone staff had failed to resolve despite many, many hours of trying. He was hands down the most accomplished and helpful Vodafone member of staff I’ve encountered in more than a decade. Thank you Gabriel and well done Vodafone for hiring him

I visited the Vodaphone shop at…Breahead
I visited the Vodaphone shop at Breahead, and right away was made to feel welcome. I told the man what I was thinking about and he guided me through the process and gave me different options to choose from, and I walked away with a great deal. At no time did I feel pressured to choose, and he gave me a great set of options to choose from. And then when I chose my new tarrif, he quickly went through the formalities, sorted out a PAC code and even set up my phone for me. Brilliant. I felt so happy walking out of there, not only about having a new contract, but because the staff made it so easy. Well done Vodaphone. Great staff and a great product.

Alia at the Vodafone shop in braehead…
Alia at the Vodafone shop in braehead shop gave me excellent customer service. She went above the basic customer service and I received a gold star service from her. If I were a mystery shopper, alia would have scored well in excess of 100%
She is a credit to Vodafone

A genuinely great salesperson makes the experience so much better
Just got my new phone today, have to say Jason was just the most patient guy ever while I went back and forth trying to decide over and over re the Samsung S23 v Pixel Pro, genuinely he was so helpful and spent so much time helping us. If Carlsberg made phone salesmen it would be Jason from the Braehead store!

As soon as I walked into the store I…
As soon as I walked into the store (Vodafone, Braehead Shopping Centre)I was made to feel welcome straight away. Was not pressured into looking at anything at all. Vittorio was extremely helpful in going over possible phone plans which was much appreciated.

I went in Vodafone Braehead store for an upgrade the advisor Waseem is been really helpful and great. Provided to me an excellent service went through everything in details and explained me a clear information about new contract.
