Great signal, good instore support.
Good phone reception what I was not getting when with 02 as my phone kept cutting out, going robotic and putting calls straight to my voicemail and the phone not ringing so I got on line after googling Internet and phone deals and was rang up the very next day. The phone service in store is better than on line for broadband as there is an automated bot voice that tries everything to not put you through to a person but once you do get to speak to a human the service although from a call centre overseas is good. I'm happy to be honest with them and once you are a customer you get offers of other things vodaphone does.

Visited the Vodafone store three times saw Kara on each occasion, she was very helpful and able to explain all about the new phone In a way I could understand without being patronising and talking down to me which is very refreshing as you get older

I had an ongoing issue with being…
I had an ongoing issue with being charged for YouTube via very me rewards. I made numerous attempts to cancel it myself to know avail. I even spoke with several people on the phone and still I kept getting charged. I even spoke with someone face to face at Fareham branch, and yes still no joy. One last attempt I went into Gosport branch and spoke with a guy called Lonnie. 2 hours I was in there, even got him a coffee it had been so long. But my god what a legend he was, he just wouldn't quit until he found an answer, patience and sheer professionalism sums it up. Just when I thought all hope had been lost he spoke with someone on the phone and sorted it for me though many others did not. He is an asset to your team and I sincerely hope he can get feedback on this message. Perfect.
