Went to the store to get replacement for the phone I lost, the guys at the Greenwich store were lovely, made the process stress free and smooth. They helped me recover my data into the new phone

LOL- call us, almost impossible to get someone with any understanding of the company on the actual phone. You get outsourced support via chat that are helping 20 people at once, clearly, and know nothing about the company I’ve wasted a combined two working weeks minimum calling or chatting them. Yesterday I chatted with an agent about returning the extra equipment and it was 43 minutes - they couldn’t tell me anything. I asked one question - tell me the serials or MAC addresses if the provisioned equipment, they wanted me to explain why I needed that info, then to go through a FOURTH security check.
So, that’s going in a landfill sadly - they clearly have no record of sending it to me. Why should I care.

Switched broadband. They sent me two modems, never arranged for the non provisioned.
I lost 18% of my speed when I switched from BT. Told them there was a problem, in fact what it was (as a highly technical 30 year professional) - they argued, 8 months later they rewired when someone new moved in, speed fixed.
The mobile signal connects almost nowhere in London. Even if it says it is, it’s not. Trying to break the contract for failure to provide service.
Their answer, report the issue when you’re in the spot that’s not working …. How?!?! Alternately, they want me resetting mobile settings on my phone whenever I change areas. They just don’t have a clue.
Their customer service is awful, they have terrible coverage, their broadband is weaker than the competition even using the same lines. They don’t listen. They don’t try to
I absolutely HATE this company. I can’t wait to move every service in November. Don’t be tempted by switch pricing. They’re the absolute worst.

I was with 3g , the network was awful, a friend of mine advised me to switch to Vodafone called them today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had,

Well-placed store. Great store.
I came into the Vodafone shop by the Cutty Sark station to get a Pay as You Go SIM. Sergiu assisted me and was very helpful. He proposed many options, Pay Monthly etc.
