Cheerful, respectful and knowledgable, Storm put a smile on my face! I was pretty committed to Vodafone before but now I know I am very unlikely to change provider when you have such good customer service! Thank you

The store was clean and in a great location.

Great multitasking
Visited the Vodafone store and had a great experience, much better than my phone experiences.
Steve managed to work miracles. I’m impressed how he managed the store team who were all busy. I door which was locked (I’m sure unnecessarily) answering questions or multiple people before making multiple customers smile.
A credit to Vodafone.

Great service in Guildford
