I've been served by brodey in three for…
I've been served by brodey in three for the longest time. And now they're working a Vodafone he's been just as helpful and lovely. I'm so happy with the new phone and SIM he's sold me and he was very helpful with transfering my data cross to my new phone. I'll always recommend Vodafone and especially Brodey when he's in.
The other staff who help him when he asks questions seem so polite and friendly too. This is certainly a store I can trust and will carry on coming to whenever I need.

I received excellent customer service from Kyle at Vodafone Harrogate branch.On the 7th and 8th of August, i bought a new phone.He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for me
It's not often you come across such genuinely great customer service, and Kyle is a real credit to Vodafone. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant,

I've been with Vodafone for almost 20…
I've been with Vodafone for almost 20 years & my experience in the Harrogate store recently was by far the best I've encountered. I was met by Cameron. I explained that my old Google pixel had no sound. He checked the settings, speakers etc. I hadn't considered changing my device, largely down to cost cutting. Cameron wasn't pushy or salesy - he didn't jump on the experience to upsell. I told him that I'd love a new phone so he went through the options which meant changes to my newly upgraded contract. It was surprisingly very close to what id previously agreed when I changed my payment plan over the phone with Vodafone. Cameron was very calm, detailed instructions - given my limited technology skills 😁 - he multi tasked like a pro as we talked while he was putting the new contract into place. What I like about him is his genuineness & complete 'no salesy' approach throughout the time I spent with him in store. He asked me to leave my new mobile with him so that they could upload the data from my old device. A day or so later I went back in to collect it. Cameron was otherwise engaged with another customer. Ian, the store's Manager knew immediately who I was & why I was there. Ian brought the phone to me & asked me to go away & ensure I had all the data I needed before bringing back my old phone to be recycled. Cameron is a real credit not just to your store but to Vodafone as a whole & deserves commending for his seamless, calm service overall. Not forgetting Ian who is equally super friendly and proved the store colleagues communicate so well & the vibe was chilled which ultimately leads to a better experience for customers.
