Staff were very helpful with helping me check my contracts, the shop was clean and staff were really friendly and professional I was served by Conor who made sure I understood everything

My sim card had stopped working and I desperately needed my phone to work. The two amazing members of staff sorted it out and even gave me a slightly lower price on my contract!

Scam on my iphone
I had a problem with a company regarding storage on my iPhone. I went into the local Hastings branch and Genevieve was so very helpful. She told me it was a scam after looking at my iPhone. Genevieve then proceeded to show me how to tell the amount of storage and more information regarding scams.etc.
Genevieve was kind, really efficient and didn’t make me feel stupid for not understanding. I am 76 and sort of computer and phone literate but need help sometimes.
Thank you Genevieve your attitude, professional knowledge and caring was much appreciated.

Emily at Hastings branch was super helpful.
She was really knowledgeable and was able to upgrade my device & plan smoothly, best of all I've saved £16 a month by swapping my broadband services to Vodafone too!
