Staff were very helpful with helping me check my contracts, the shop was clean and staff were really friendly and professional I was served by Conor who made sure I understood everything

Emily was extremely helpful!
I went to the Hastings Vodafone shop to get a brand new Iphone and i ended up walking out with the Iphone 16 Pro Max for a very fair cheaper price. Emily (the lovely girl who served me) got my price down and was so friendly towards me when I had no scooby.

New Broadband set up.

Great customer service
Mark, the assistant manager at the Hastings branch helped us over two days, patiently helping us as we made up our mind overnight. Best thing about his expert service was his genuine determination to save us money and tailor the package to our specific needs. Fantastic service.

Faultless service.
First off, it's several experiences.
The first was in Nov 2017 when my phone got damaged. Lewis at Vodafone Hastings sorted everything out with no drama at a particularly stressful time. New phone, SIM-only, same number.
Second time remains a mystery, but the lady helped sort out my issue.
Third time was this week. I had ordered by phone a hotspot which I couldn't get up and running. A visit to Priory Meadow saw Lewis again resolve an issue (faulty item) and reduce my monthly bill. Again, no drama, no fuss, and friendly banter whilst the computer did its stuff. We joked about cinema and my facial disfigurement without any awkwardness.
Isn't that part of what customer service is?
The whole gang down there are wonderful.

Marnie was really great in helping me…
Marnie was really great in helping me to make the best choice of what I wanted, she was patient with me, she gave me several options with details to facilitate my decision.
I made my choice and got my desired phone which was great, Marnie told me about the offer on the device I bought which I wasn’t even aware of, this got me more excited which is the reason I’m giving a 5 star review.
Generally, I had a good experience at the store.
