Great service by Josh
My wife called in to the store in Havant. She was served by Josh who was very helpful, polite and has great product knowledge. He is a real credit to Vodaphone. We have now moved from. Virgin for our broadband to Vodafone.

Benjamin in the Havant branch customer support team went above and beyond — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me get exactly what I needed. Every question I had was answered clearly, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with such a friendly, supportive approach.

Advisor, Josh, was super friendly, taking the time to give clear advice and asking colleagues if he was unsure to be certain he gave the best information.
