As a person who is not computer literate I found the Vodafone adviser most helpful. I would have found it extremely difficult to have sorted out the problem with my phone without his help. Excellent professional and efficient service.

Great customer service
Ryan at the Hayward Heath branch was very helpful with assisting us in transferring ownership. He gave us some good recommendations for offers we could get.

Signal issues in Haywards
Went in due to signal issue in my are of haywards which happens all the time! The boys in the shop really helped! They did a check for me, registered my number for updates, explained the process of Vodafone fixing it and why it takes a while, they then took my details and called me a few days later for check in with me and provide and update, they did it again a week later and i ended up with it resolved and i upgraded with them as they were so very helpful! those boys are very good!

Lousy customer service.
Lousy customer service.
Despite a maximum possible Experian score and faultless credit report Vodafone have refused me credit for a monthly contract of under £20 per month. Having requested and explanation and complained several times, latest emails from the Business Complaints Manager, Michael states "there is nothing further we can do....as our Credit Assessment Team have made their decision...."
No one at Vodafone is interested in resolving the issue and when I requested contact details for a Director the Vodafone response was "unable to hand out directors contact details...however these are available for you to find online".
When I visited the Haywards Heath shop and asked for an appointment with the area manager who visits weekly I was told this was not possible; no reason given.
Sadly the all too common big corp brush off, no interest in helping customers, non existent Customer Service. An all too familiar situation; avoid Vodafone.
Update 28 July. The way Vodafone use Trustpilot is clearly not intended to help customers with resolving problems they have created; it is just "hot air".

Totally professional from start to finish. Really happy with my experience.
