I came into store with my husband and…
I came into store with my husband and we were overdue new phones. We hate the idea of changing. We saw Store Manager Mutzy who was brilliant. She is knowledgeable and patient with us. She recommended us the latest phones and helped us transfer everything from our old one to the new one with no hassle. I am loving my new phone and would highly recommend her services

Sorting E Sim Card
I recently came into the store to sort out my new phone that required an e sim. Jamie, the gentleman who helped was amazing. He made the process quick and easy and was very helpful and patient whilst I navigated sorting the information he needed.

Keep the High Street shops open
We are so lucky in Hitchin having a Vodafone shop on out High Street. Modern technology is complicated and we need experts to explain it and guide us through the many stages.
I'd stuck for 8 years with the same phone and same package so changing both was a scary step.
Jamie in my local shop was my lifeline. Not only did he recommend a great deal but he guided me through the costs and paperwork involved, provided his mobile number to arrange a time to install the new phone then got me up and running in spite of numerous hurdles.
Full credit to him for patience and perseverance and full credit to Vodafone for customer service ( very rare these days)
