I came into the Vodafone Hitchin store…
I came into the Vodafone Hitchin store as I had multiple viruses and I was hacked recently. Mutzy the store manager looked after me and gave me peace of mind of my phone. Thank you for your perseverance and patience with me!

I had an excellent experience in store thanks to Akila and Jamie who really went above and beyond to help me with my phone contract. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood my options. I felt well looked after throughout the whole process and feel like I made the right choice.

Very Helpful Service - Glenn
We visited the store to get a replacement SIM card. Glenn was very helpful and sorted the replacement SIM card immediately. Glenn also then noted our contracts had expired and took his time to search for the best deal that suited us and explained everything in detail and answered any queries we had and did not rush anything. Glenn ensured everything was written down for our reference and also noted that we could get a better broadband deal as we were existing Vodafone customers. We now have a better pay monthly deal on our phones and will consider changing to the broadband. Thank you for your time and help, Glenn.

Glenn took the time to listen and to…
Glenn took the time to listen and to understand the problems I was having with my Vodafone account. Step by step, he worked through numerous routes to get to the root of the problem. Over the past six months, I've contacted Vodafone four times, and nobody could sort out the difficulties I was having. The root of the problem was with Vodafone, but I was not helped. Glenn did sort it out, and I'm really grateful. I recommend the Hitchin Vodafone shop and its staff 100%.

New customer looking for better prices…
New customer looking for better prices on Sim only dropped in to Hitchin Store was greated by Jamie.
Explained what type of package i was looking for, Jamie was then able to easily recommend me a package which was better than a currently have saving me a lot of money.
I am currently thinking about changing my broadband also Mutzy gave me some very competitive prices overall service from the Hitchin team 5 Stars
