I was on a time limit but received such brilliant service!
I popped into the st stephens store with just 25mins to upgrade my device and contract. Your staff member, Jack, was fantastic from start to finish! Professional, friendly, polite, and really helpful. He gave me such knowledgeable information and brilliant customer service so that I could make my decision, and I left with a new device and contract thst I was extremely happy with - and all within my 25min timeframe!
