Excellent service
Abu, the manager was great. He got a better deal than what I had in mind. I have taken 3 lines from him so far, 2 from Walthamstow and 1 from ilford. Absolutely perfect service.

Customer services
The interaction and customer services are brilliant. These two managers Abu Bakar and Sagar are very nice man. They have good customer communication and behavioral attitude. These are are really outstanding in their job.

Third class network
Third class network, third class service, third class customer support, even i call today thrice wast my 7hours already before call on last Friday wast 1:30 hour dosent work even there 5g signals dosent work they always putting everyone on wait to transfer the call f*** network charging more with a low network and service

I visited the vodafone ilford store and the advisor Rhianna was so nice and welcoming. She helped me with my upgrade and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to her

VERY DISAPPOINTED:
If I wanted to give zero stars, I would. This company screwed me over with a SIM card and was unable to activate it themselves before telling me to head over to the Vodafone Store for it to get started. The Vodafone Store is not close to where I live and is a 45-minute trip away to get there, which I am not committed to doing since I am in a tight financial situation. I played around this week with this service, and now I think it's better that I decided to cancel it. The customer service is a joke with people working there who don't know what to do, and I have feelings now that my cancellation has not proceeded. If you need a better mobile plan, I suggest other providers rather than this one.
