We’ve just popped into Vodafone and had the best service from Melissa - my Mum needed an upgrade and nothing was too much trouble - she was so helpful, patient and friendly and she really went the extra mile.
I ended up changing my broadband and contract whilst I was there she really is a great saleswoman!
