Terrible
A wait of over 45 mins. Customers ended up walking out and when I did finally get seen I was still waiting a further 10mins before my details were taken.
I've NEVER had such awful experience from three before, why have they joined with Vodafone, this is atrocious

The service was amazing despite a system issue that all branches were dealing with, they were patient and considerate in all aspects and answered all questions that were asked.

I had my stolen this afternoon. I raced to cancel everything and I prayed that I would have a kind person to help me and not someone who would make things worse at the Vodafone store.
Vodafone Islington, come and see Michael.
I want this company and anyone reading this to know that Michael is an absolute asset to Vodafone.
I was deeply stressed, he was warm, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and set me at my ease.
He was able to help me and did so with impressive professionalism.
Because of Michael my day is not anywhere near as awful as it was going to be.

Best Vodafone experience ever
We had the best experience ever at any Vodafone at Vodafone Angel (London) thanks to the wizard Michael who spent over 40 minutes with us going through tons of different phone deals and got us an amazing deal to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max with unlimited data. Thanks so much Michael!!
