A really thoughtful personal service when upgrading my mobile and broadband. Adam went above and beyond for me and gave me really helpful advice and practical help in setting up my new device. He also went to lengths to find me the best deal financially. I have been a Vodafone customer for many years and due to this kind of service, I shall remain a customer for the foreseeable further.
