Mara provided excellent customer service during my visit to Vodafone. She was friendly, professional, and very efficient in handling my request. She took the time to understand my issue and resolved it quickly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Her knowledge and willingness to help really stood out, and she made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear she cares about delivering a high standard of service.

Absolutely appalling experience and store manager
Absolutely appalling experience. Not sure I would return. A customer for almost 30yrs, the male "manager" I encountered (after opening a locked front door?!) should be fired. Have escalated a formal complaint against him and the store (which has been superbly handled by head office). If only you could give 0 stars or less. I have since learnt that this is now a Vodafone 'franchise/partner' store and not 'company operated' which would explain why it is no longer fit for purpose! Avoid.

Mara was fantastic. Incredibly attentive and super focused on getting me what I wanted (which was a particular number and most people would have thought it was a boring pedantic request). Mara is single-handedly helping to change my perception of Vodafone.

Mara Vodafone King’s Road awful
A woman called Mara in the Vodafone King’s Road working today 01.01.2026 - awful rude and despicable human. Vodafone needs to fire her as she has no training whatsoever. In front of us she bullied her staff and spoke to us and other customers extremely aggressive. She thinks that store is her playground. Vodafone - investigate and fire her.
