The customer service in The Leamington…
The customer service in The Leamington branch is constantly superb. I have been a Vodafone customer for 20 years and always come into the store rather than ring up customer service online.
Everyone is helpful and makes navigating the new product choices so much easier.
I recommend coming into the Leamington’s Vodafone branch everytime.

Have been with Vodafone for a long time. Online purchasing is efficient but the personal service is how I like it and this store in leamington never fails to deliver. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable also not pushy. Recommend this to anyone.

Remote contact with the store
My elderly Mum (97 years of age), has had a real bad mobile experience recently with Sky. So with my help she has moved to Vodafone. Her nearest store is Leamington Spa. In an attempt to ensure that she gets the best experience possible,, I have tried to contact the Leamington Spa store to ensure they understand exactly why she is visiting. EXCEPT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THE ACTUAL STORE!
I live in France so cannot accompany her. Vodafone are the only mobile phone store in Leamington Spa that does NOT provide a local telephone number.
My message to Vodafone and the executives that don't seem to be able to trust their store personnel is this. Wait till your elderly relative needs help and you are trying to assist and are foiled at every turn. Maybe you will understand that the personal touch of a live human being is the best option.
SO STOP HIDING THEM AWAY behind a faceless barrier of a national number that doesn't have the facility to connect the caller to the local store!
