Having had many sessions with Taylor in the Lewes branch, I cannot praise his efficiency, professionalism, patience and good humour highly enough. His knowledge, delivered in highly understandable language to someone who is far from fluent in his world is truly remarkable and should be highly commended. Problem solving experience
Having switched my broadband to Vodafone i was having experiencing technical problems and went into the Vodafone shop in Lewes East Sussex. I found the staff friendly and welcoming. George (shop manager) listened to my problems and started to remedy them. He had a positive and professional approach that gave me confidence in his ability to make things right.Thank you George for your help and kindness and sorting it out. I had a fantastic experience with Taylor today He is amazingly Polite, kind, and very helpful. It’s always an enjoyable experience to buy a new phone as Taylor is so caring and sets everything up for me! Lewes is definitely the best vodaphone store for it’s brilliant customer service by both Taylor and George and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service
Over the past couple of weeks I've visited Vodafone store in Lewes several times after having problems with my old phone. I've since bought a new phone, a tablet, a new phone for my daughter and today returned to buy a WiFi hotspot ready for our family holiday.
On every single visit, Taylor has been absolutely fantastic. He has been so patient, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed.
I visited with my two daughters, and he was so kind, courteous and patient with them too, which really didn't go unnoticed.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his consistently excellent customer service is the reason I kept returning to the store. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about giving customers such a positive experience.
Thank you, Taylor, for all your help over the past few weeks. You're a real credit to Vodafone, and I hope your hard work is recognised!

Taylor in Lewes has been very helpful!
Taylor has helped me with a complicated issue a year ago and has done the same again this week.
My sim just stopped functioning and required two days to solve - which he did
He also adjusted my contract which saved me a substantial amount as I travel a great deal.

Vodafone Lewes offers an important customer facing service to the people of the Town.
Competent,informed and friendly staff always available to offer personalized help and support.
Team manager George has overseen this high street branch for years and he has on many occasions gone the extra mile to assist in solving any issues that have arisen with my Vodafone contract, as a result I have been a Vodafone customer for over a decade now! Can recommend!
