Liam has been very helpful and…
Liam ( in Lichfield) has been very helpful and supportive. This takes out the stress of dealing with updates as our son has Special Educational Needs. Liam was patient, kind had a great manner which put our son at ease. He sorted us out very quickly and was efficient, explaining everything in terms our son could understand. A far better service than what we have experienced through the website, on the chat and not beng able to get through on the telephone number.
Thank you Liam..its a good jobs shops for Vodaphone are still open.

Great experience in store
Great experience in store, after visiting another mobile store in Lichfield and being ignored we visited Vodafone and were looked after by Will. He explained everything clearly and gave us various options and was happy to spend time with us. Great service, we ended up taking out 2 phone contracts.

We were served by will and he went up and beyond to get us the best deal for our granddaughters phone we also changed our broadband over to which he got cheaper for us he's a very friendly chatty bloke and a credit to your team
