I have been with Vodafone for about 4…
I have been with Vodafone for about 4 years now and I usually deal with them over the phone but this time I came to the Balham shop to check the phones on display and talk to someone about changing my plan when upgrading. Sabrina was really helpful and friendly. She offered great advice and answered all my questions about the phone and plan. She was able to guide me towards a plan that suits me so I am very happy with the service and phone received! Thank you Sabrina! I will be back in a few years for my upgrade :)

Manager Sailen could not have been more helpful, providing truly excellent support to correct things that had gone astray with my Vodafone account and securing credit due to me. Thank you! Balham store support is one good reason for staying with Vodafone.

Sailen was really helpful...
Sailen was really helpful in getting me a new deal on a Samsung phone when it was time for a refresh. He was really knowledgeable and took his time to explain and show me the new phone options - didn't feel pressured at all to get the most expensive deal!

I received help from a worker call Sabrina in the Balham store she was so wonderful and helpful and made it easy for me to understand the plans available to me she took her time with running me through everything and it just made my day a little better
