I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hakim at Vodafone, and his customer service was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received my new phone and, most importantly, helped me retain my number, which was incredibly important to me. His patience, dedication, and attention to detail were remarkable throughout the entire process. Hakim genuinely cares about his customers, and his efforts to resolve my issue were exceptional. I believe he truly deserves a pay rise for his amazing service! Vodafone is lucky to have him on their team.

Ive been struggling so much with my contract and i been to many vodafone store but they couldn’t do anything for me,until i came to camden towns vodafone and even though i have to wait for my exciting number to come back but the manager (Ayoub) has provided me with good informations and felt sorry about this and gave me hope that i can have my number back

Outstanding customer service
This is the place to go if you need help!
As an expat, the struggle to get a phone number (and data) is real, but I got outstanding service from Aisha and her colleague in Vodafone on Camden High Street. They went above and beyond to help get me set up. And were super nice and friendly while doing so.
Definitely reccomend for Expats - but also for everyone else!

Scum they have people who are lazy in the teams that cannot read they notes causing people over payment and bad credit also their network coverage has got worst over the years and a lot places in London there is a bad signal
